A young boy was critically hurt in a drive-by shooting in a Cincinnati neighborhood early Thursday, a police spokesman says.
There has been a heavy police presence all morning on Holland Drive near Vivian Place in Winton Hills.
Police said earlier officers responded to calls for shots fired shortly before and after 6 a.m.
Police spokesman Lt. Jonathan Cunningham said the drive-by shooting took place around 5:48 a.m. near the 5200 block of Holland Drive
Information is very preliminary at this time and as new information becomes available, I will keep everyone updated,” he said, adding that there is no suspect or vehicle description to release now at this time.
