A 20-year-old Corio man has died and two others have been hospitalised after a stabbing in Geelong on Sunday morning
Victoria Police said it believed the man sustained the injury during an altercation nearby.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were under investigation but it was understood two other men involved in the altercation self-presented at hospital and were being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A photo from the crime scene showed blood spattered on a garden wall outside a state government building on Little Malop Street, while another photo showed blood smeared on a shop window about 250 metres away on Downes Lane.
