Andrea Lombardo of Holden, and from Paxton, Massachusetts, UMass Boston and Hospice Nurse at Palliative Personal Care, has sadly passed away. She was a lovely soul and had a loveable personality. Her death has left so many scars of untold emotions in the hearts of so many in her community. At time of this report, there was no formal reports by her family regarding her cause of death. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Andrea Lombardo was a Hospice Nurse at Palliative Personal Care, a Service of Worcester Home Care. She studied Early Childhood Development at Mount Wachusett Community College. She also studied Nursing at UMass Boston and went to Wachusett Regional High School.
Her funeral plans and obituary will be announced by her family a later date.
