
The West Orange police reported to Seton Hall Prep (STP) to investigate a potential threat at 10:25 a.m. on Oct. 30. They conducted a sweep with the STP security team, found no legitimate threat and assured staff, students and residents that the campus was safe.
Seton Hall Prep and the West Orange Police Department released a statement:
“Students, faculty, and staff responded to a lockdown message over the PA system at approximately 10:25 a.m. this morning, which was investigated by the West Orange Police Department, and it was deemed that no legitimate threat was present.
